  • Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meats are non-refundable but can be exchanged if found spoiled at the time of delivery.

  • Only exchange is allowed, and only if the issue is reported within 24 hours.
  • If the item is consumed, tampered with, or reported after 24 hours, it will not be eligible for exchange.

📸 How to Report a Damaged Item

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp/email within 24 hours.
  • Provide your order ID and photos/videos of the damaged/spoiled product.
  • Our team will verify and arrange an exchange if eligible.

🕒 Exchange Window

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We aim to process eligible exchanges within 1 business days.
